The Winter Market
Hosted by Discovery Space and The Rivet, this two-day market is the perfect way for shoppers to kick off the holiday season. Visitors can expect to find one-of-a-kind handmade gifts for everyone on their list while supporting local artists, makers, and businesses.
The bow on top? ALL funds raised from this annual maker market — including experiential gifts purchased from Discovery Space and The Rivet — directly support our mission to bring STEM education and creative exploration to kids, families, makers, and explorers of all ages in the Centre Region.

Winter Market parking can be found at Radio Park Elementary (800 W Cherry Ln). Additional shuttle information will be shared at a later date.

Vendor Booth
Perfect for established vendors who prefer a traditional booth setup to connect 1:1 with customers.

10′ x 10′ booth space — outdoors, rain or shine

$115 non-refundable fee (due upon acceptance)

Vendors provide their own tent, weights, tables, and chairs

No access to electricity

Booth locations assigned by The Rivet

Vendors must staff their booths during the event
Maker Booth
Ideal for emerging artists, hobbyists, or anyone who wants to participate without staffing their own booth.

The Rivet handles setup, display, sales, and payment processing

$25 flat fee + 20% of sales

Emerging artists who sell under $100 only pay 25% of total sales—no flat fee

Artists receive a sales summary and payment by Friday, November 28
-
Participants are encouraged to include business cards or artist info for promotion

No booth presence required on event days
Food Trucks
Help us feed a hungry crowd during this busy holiday market weekend!

Flat $50 weekend fee (covers both days)

Must be fully self-sufficient — no electricity or water provided

Trucks should be prepared for a rain-or-shine, outdoor setup

Generators are allowed (please indicate this on your application)

Space is limited and must include trailer + tow vehicle, if applicable

Priority given to trucks available both days
